The design comes back from our AI in about a minute: your photo or your words, turned into a rug in real yarn colours, lying on a floor. Drawing it is free, as many times as you like.
We tuft it by hand
A machine never touches the rug. One of us tufts it on a frame, yarn by yarn, carves the pile, trims the edge and backs it, once you have ordered your design.
Your photo stays yours
It is used to draw your rug and nothing else: not resold, not published, not used to train anything. It is deleted when your order closes.

What makes a good photo?
One pet (or person, or thing), the whole of them in view, roughly facing the camera, in daylight. A phone photo of your dog on the sofa is perfect. For a rectangular rug, the face matters most; for a shape rug, we need the whole outline. No good photo? Switch to “Describe it with AI” and tell us about them.
How big is it?
Shape rugs come in 76 × 76, 100 × 100, 150 × 150 and 200 × 200 cm. Rectangular rugs come in 76 × 76, 91 × 91, 100 × 100, 150 × 150 and 200 × 200 cm, or as a 150 × 30 or 200 × 30 cm runner. You pick the size after you have seen your design.
When do I pay?
Drawing your rug is free. You pay at checkout, and nothing is tufted before you have seen your design and ordered it.
Can I clean it?
Yes. Vacuum it without the beater bar, spot-clean with cool water and a little wool soap, and dry it flat. No machine washing.
How long does it take?
About a minute to see your design, then 20–27 days from your order to your door, tracked.
