## Questions

What makes a good photo?: One pet (or person, or thing), the whole of them in view, roughly facing the camera, in daylight. A phone photo of your dog on the sofa is perfect. For a rectangular rug, the face matters most; for a shape rug, we need the whole outline. No good photo? Switch to “Describe it with AI” and tell us about them.

How big is it?: Shape rugs come in 76 × 76, 100 × 100, 150 × 150 and 200 × 200 cm. Rectangular rugs come in 76 × 76, 91 × 91, 100 × 100, 150 × 150 and 200 × 200 cm, or as a 150 × 30 or 200 × 30 cm runner. You pick the size after you have seen your design.

When do I pay?: Drawing your rug is free. You pay at checkout, and nothing is tufted before you have seen your design and ordered it.

Can I clean it?: Yes. Vacuum it without the beater bar, spot-clean with cool water and a little wool soap, and dry it flat. No machine washing.

How long does it take?: About a minute to see your design, then 20–27 days from your order to your door, tracked.

What is a Floof rug made of?: Premium New Zealand wool, tufted by hand into a cotton cloth, carved so the fur and the clouds have depth, then backed.

What photo works?: One pet (or person, or thing), the whole of them in view, in daylight. A phone photo is perfect. No photo? Describe them to our AI instead.

Do you ship to me?: We ship worldwide, tracked, rolled in a cotton bag. Shipping is priced per rug at checkout, before you pay.

Do you have rugs without a photo?: 22 of them: a pizza slice, a heart on fire, a tennis ball, a frog prince and more, tufted the same way. Shop ready-made.

Can I return it?: Each rug is tufted for you from the design you saw, so it is not returnable. You can cancel or change your order within 3 hours from the link in your confirmation email. If it arrives damaged, send us photos of the rug and the box within 14 days of delivery and we tuft you a new one at no cost.
